Chantel holds degrees in Marketing and Environmental Economics from Wageningen University and consequently had a career in environmental and project management back in The Netherlands. Her 2nd career began in 2006, when she moved to Greece. During those first years she worked for Birdlife Greece, WWF Hellas and an inbound tour operator. With her experience in nature conservation, fundraising, and the travel industry she started Natural Greece in 2013. Thus, creating a team of like-minded professionals who want to make a "nature positive" impact.

Her academic credentials include an MSc in Bioeconomy, Circular Economy & Sustainable Development, and a BA in International and European Studies, both from the University of Piraeus. As a Sustainability Coordinator she is managing and improving our social and environmental impacts by complying with sustainability criteria. The ultimate goal is to become a Travelife Certified business and reach excellence in Sustainability. Her career spans a variety of roles that include sustainability research, reporting, and participation in sustainability projects. All these years he has been dedicated to promoting the wildlife of Greece. David is a versatile professional, as he is not only a journalist, he is also an illustrator, photographer, author, editor, and naturalist guide. He is the author of the scientific field guide "Fishes of Greece," featuring his very own illustrations of over 500 fish species! Furthermore, he is managing the online catalogue of Greek wildlife Natura Graeca, showcasing more than 6,000 images of flora and fauna. His travels have resulted in numerous discoveries published in 76 scientific papers.

Christos was born in Athens, in 1985. His passion for Nature started at a very early age, when he would spend hours snorkeling and observing the underwater world. Later he became a diver and started to study systematically the underwater world. Because of this passion of his, he slowly started delving into the work of Natural Photography, taking pictures and monitoring various underwater species. Since then, he became interested in all Natural aspects, starting to photograph Birds, Reptiles and then Mammals, Insects and Wildflowers. Today, he is mostly interested in Mammals, Marine animals, Reptiles and particularly Nocturnal animals. He has been a diver for 9 years and an avid Birdwatcher for the past 6 years.

Dimitra was born in Athens, in 1993. She has had a fascination for Nature, be it flora or fauna, from a very early age. As a natural consequence, she completed her studies in Biology and graduated from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, with an orientation towards the fields of Ecology and Zoology. In 2020 she obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Wildlife Conservation Practice at the University of Oxford. Dimitra has been volunteering for many environmental NGOs, both in Greece and abroad. She has participated in field monitoring of many species, having a keen interest in cetaceans and birds. Nowadays, she collaborates professionally with the Greek wildlife charity Callisto, that protects big land mammals like wolves and bears. Apart from field monitoring, she also offers environmental education for children of various ages. Dimitra could share stories of Greek Nature with you in fluent Greek and English, as well as in good French and Italian. She is willing to give you some secrets in Spanish and in Portuguese but only if you are patient!
