Booking Terms & Conditions in relation to COVID-19 

A.Booking Terms in times of Coronavirus – for people that booked before 1/5/2020 

You can postpone your trip and rearrange it now or later. At Natural Greece we’ll hold your booking for as long as you need. We contacted everyone likely to be affected.

B. Booking Terms in times of Coronavirus – booking after 1/5/2020 

As per 1st of May 2020 and for as long as the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting travel, for all new bookings of Natural Greece the flexible Terms and conditions apply: 

Cancellations of multi-day holidays: You can cancel up to 31 days before departure free of charge and we’ll transfer your deposit into account credit. The remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less before departure: no refund.  

Date Changes of multi-day holidays: You can change the date of your trip free of charge up to 31 days before departure. Date changes are not permitted after this.  

Cancellations of day tours: You can cancel up to 2 days before departure free of charge and we’ll transfer your deposit into account credit. The remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel 2 days or less before departure: no refund.  

Date Changes of day-tours: You can change the date of your trip free of charge up to 2 days before departure. Date changes are not permitted after this. 

C.Terms & Conditions for Tour Operator clients during the coronavirus outbreak  

For the esteemed Tour Operator clients of Natural Greece and partner hotels in Greece apply maximum flexibility. For future booking there are usually no deposits or no deposits up until 30 days before trip arrival and bookings can be canceled 30 days before trip date free of charge. As this is a fluid situation and things are changing all the time, trust, open communication and responsiveness remain our key values. We also keep on communicating regarding any COVID-19 induced travel measures.   

Standardized (Post-COVID-19) Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply to any travel products and/or services you have booked with or purchased from Experience Natural Greece (Hereinafter named as “Natural Greece”, “the Company” or “we”), and govern the contractual relationship between you and Experience Natural Greece with respect to any such travel products and/or services (hereinafter, the “Products” or “Tour(s)”). Experience Natural Greece is trading as Natural Greece. Please read these Terms carefully as by booking any Product with Natural Greece, or by travelling on a Natural Greece tour or Product, you acknowledge that you:  i) have read and understand these Terms, and ii) indicate your express acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your contract is with Experience Natural Greece, trading as Natural Greece, a company registered under the name of its sole proprietor, Chantel Beuvink, with registration (VAT) number 142945295, registered at 3, Ivis str., Vari, 16672, Greece. Experience Natural Greece is a licensed travel agency by the Greek Tourism National Organization with license number 0208E70000496601.

The following booking conditions together with the trip details of the specific tour you have booked or you intend to book, form the basis of your contract with Natural Greece.

If you have confirmed a booking on any Products with more than one client named and booked on such booking, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) on behalf of all clients named in the booking (including minors and those under a disability) and travelling on or otherwise participating in any Products (hereinafter “you”, the “Client(s)”), and by such travel or participation all passengers indicate their assent to these Terms. The client who confirmed the booking is deemed to be the designated contact person for all other clients named in such booking. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Natural Greece with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties, written or oral.

→ Bookings of day tours are confirmed upon receipt of the full tour rate.

→ Bookings of multi-day holidays are confirmed by Natural Greece in written form, when minimum participation is met, if required, and upon receipt of a down payment on the agreed total fee. Full payment shall be completed before the start of the multi-day holiday. When booking is made on a date close to the last possible date for bookings, it is advised that the whole amount is paid in a single transaction.

→ All payments are made by debit/ credit card or PayPal transfer or bank deposit to the following account: Piraeus Bank, Chantel Beuvink, Account no. 5119061094135 IBAN GR35 0172 1190 0051 1906 1094 135 SWIFT: PIRBGRAA. Account holder’s address: Ivis 3, 16672, Vari, Greece.

Personal medical/ accident insurance cover is NOT provided unless specifically stated. Several types of insurance can be offered upon request.

Extra provisions (insurance, holiday extensions, extra transfers etc.) not specified in the tour/package/activity description bear an extra charge.

Tours, packages and activities are subject to change for safety or operational reasons. This can entail a reduction or increase of the original rate.

By purchasing and taking part in some of Natural Greece tours and activities, the client agrees that Natural Greece can later use photographic material inherent to such tour or activity for exclusively own’s advertising, promotion and visibility material.

By registering, using our services and/or providing your e-mail address, you consent to receive regular e-mail updates from Natural Greece about the website, our news, travel and other community related topics. Each e-mail you receive shall contain a mandatory opt out at the bottom to allow you to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

→ Activities and tours may not be confirmed or cancelled due to force majeur, illness or unavailability of the personnel or premises involved. Should the activity/tour be cancelled due to force majeur causes, bad weather or sudden illness, it will be postponed to another date agreed upon by the parties. In case the activity cannot take place due to reasons ascribed to Natural Greece, full refund will be processed within 60 calendar days.

→ Cancellations of planned tours and activities are communicated via e-mail to Natural Greece ( and the following conditions apply:

For multi-day holidays:

  • >15 days prior to the planned tour/ activity: 50% refund
  • <15 days 25% refund
  • Day before/No show No refund
  • For half and full-day tours:
  • >2 days prior to the planned tour/ activity: 70% refund
  • <2 days 30% refund
  • Day before/No show No refund
