Around 2 weeks prior to the tour departure you receive final details of the tour and a final payment request, in case of any outstanding payments. Make sure to settle this before departure date please.

Once we have received your booking we will confirm it and send you all the further details necessary for you to prepare for your holiday. We aim to confirm bookings within 2 days.

Payment options include PayPal, credit/debit card payments and direct bank transfers.

You can pay using PayPal or credit/debit cards via PayPal Standard. In which case You are taken to PayPal’s secure site to finish paying for your order. There is no need for you have a PayPal account.

Bank Account Clearing System (BACS), commonly known as direct bank transfer or wire transfer, is a gateway that doesn’t require payment to be made online.

You pay a deposit of 150 EURO per person only when booking the tour. The rest is charged 2 weeks prior to departure.

After you’ve contacted us by either email message or phone we will send you a booking form. Fill out the form and send it back by email. You will receive detailed booking instructions in order to make the booking and pay a booking deposit. The booking deposit is typically 150 Euro per person only. Final payment is due 2 weeks before tour departure date.

You can contact us anytime by filling out the contact form. You could also call us on the phone with your questions about tour program, availability or anything you’d like to know. We will answer the question ASAP, at least within 24 hours.

Liability insurance

Natural Greece provides all of its travelers in Greece with liability insurance! When traveling with us you can have peace of mind. The Ydrogios Liability Insurance for tour operators (#2224077580) has got you covered.

In case of bodily injury and/or material damage caused to you as a result of action or inaction, or negligence by your tour operator you get quick compensation. This means you are also financially protected in case of insolvency. Costs of repatriation are covered as well.

Travel insurance

The price of your holiday does not include travel insurance. We recommend you get your own travel insurance prior to coming to Greece. For some of our trips it is mandatory that you have a travel insurance.
